As a Breakfix Operations Supervisor at CDW UK, you will play a critical role in leading a team of skilled professionals to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of skilled coworkers to achieve exceptional results
  • Schedule work to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer expectations
  • Ensure high housekeeping standards are maintained across the operations centre
  • Develop and implement cost-effective and efficient processes to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and enhance customer experience
  • Investigate and remediate issues and process failures to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify skills gaps and develop training plans to upskill the team
  • Conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings and annual performance reviews with team members

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in a repair and logistics operation
  • Performance management experience and working closely with HR teams
  • Health and Safety experience in a similar environment
  • A level of experience working in a fast-paced technical environment
  • An understanding of an organisational structure from a commercial perspective
  • Experience as a configuration technician would be an advantage
  • A passion for the IT industry and providing pre-delivery configuration of customers' equipment
  • An understanding of the industry and the role that CDW UK plays, including its customer base
  • Business management skills with a total commitment to the highest levels of customer service
