Role Overview

As a Child Development Specialist with North East Ambition, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of children and young people in Sunderland. You will be part of a small, passionate team that advocates for effective child-centred, evidence-based practices. Your expertise in Educational Psychology will enable you to positively influence the lives of our children and young people, promoting their educational achievement, emotional well-being, and independence in adult life.

With a competitive salary range of £46,525 to £56,540, extending up to £61,848, you will be well-rewarded for your hard work. Our hybrid working model offers flexibility, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively.
