Role Overview:

The Regional Clinical Development Nurse will be responsible for leading and supporting the clinical governance and quality of care for residents in eight care homes across the South West.

This role requires a registered nurse with a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements and experience in a care home environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for delivering high-quality care, and a willingness to travel regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SUPPORT THE PERFORMANCE OF EACH HOME
  • REVIEW CLINICAL GOVERNANCE DATABASE AND KPIs
  • ANALYSE RESULTS AND IDENTIFY PRACTICAL STRATEGIES
  • WORK CLOSELY WITH REGIONAL DIRECTOR AND SENIOR CLINICAL STAFF

Requirements:

  • REGISTERED NURSE RN (GENERAL)
  • CURRENT NMC REGISTRATION
  • STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF CURRENT REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS
