Business Development Representative Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business leads, working closely with our Senior Digital Consultant to secure new clients, and collaborating with our Digital Communications & Graphics Specialist to deliver targeted marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify new business leads, passing them on to the Senior Digital Consultant for closure.
  • Work closely with the Senior Digital Communications & Graphics Specialist to develop and deliver effective digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and track leads through cold calling campaigns and other outbound activities, ensuring accurate reporting and updates within the CRM.
  • Attend trade shows and lead generation events to promote our products and network with potential clients.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to help guide our company's strategic direction.
  • Organise and schedule meetings between potential clients and the Senior Digital Consultant.
  • Help create marketing materials and innovative content to support lead generation efforts and improve customer conversion rates.
  • Support new business opportunities, including events, tenders, and product demos, ensuring full coverage of our offerings.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a proven track record in business development, lead generation, or a similar role. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and promote products effectively, as well as strong multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
