Business Development Representative

Are you a motivated and ambitious individual looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at Interaction Recruitment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, closing business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. They will also be expected to build strong relationships with new customers, maintain high success rates, and create and maintain accurate records of closed leads.

Key responsibilities include:
- Generate and qualify leads
- Close business opportunities
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Build strong relationships with new customers
- Maintain high success rates
- Create and maintain accurate records of closed leads
Requirements:
- Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent client service skills
- A proven track record of strong client relationships

Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: up to £30,000 + Uncapped commission OTE up to 75k - Salary dependent on experience
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:45am - 4:00pm
