Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to join our team at our Head Office in Fareham, Hampshire. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service over the telephone, securing orders, and processing bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Convert calls into confirmed orders, upselling products/services where possible.
  • Process orders and bookings accurately and efficiently.
  • Take payment details and process payments securely.
  • Support other members of the team as needed.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent telephone manner, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Great organisational skills, with the ability to use your own initiative.
  • Very good attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of information.
  • Good sales experience, with knowledge of the sales process and upselling.
  • Able to remain calm and patient under pressure.
  • Able to work within a fast-paced customer-focused sales environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive starting salary of £27,000 pa, increasing to £28,113 pa after 6 months.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £27,000 - £28,113 depending on experience.
