Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business leads, working with our Senior Digital Consultant to secure new clients, and collaborating with our Digital Communications & Graphics Specialist to deliver targeted marketing campaigns.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent multitasking skills, as you will manage multiple campaigns, gather market intelligence, and drive lead generation across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify new business leads, passing them on to the Senior Digital Consultant for closure.
  • Work closely with the Senior Digital Communications & Graphics Specialist to develop and deliver effective digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and track leads through cold calling campaigns and other outbound activities, ensuring accurate reporting and updates within the CRM.
  • Attend trade shows and lead generation events to promote our products and network with potential clients.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to help guide our company's strategic direction.
  • Organise and schedule meetings between potential clients and the Senior Digital Consultant.
  • Help create marketing materials and innovative content to support lead generation efforts and improve customer conversion rates.
  • Support new business opportunities, including events, tenders, and product demos, ensuring full coverage of our offerings.
