Site Management Position in Eastern Counties

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our Construction team in the Eastern Counties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the site, ensuring that all operations are performed efficiently and in accordance with the construction programme.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will supervise all direct labour as necessary and coordinate the activities of trades and subcontractors involved on site. They will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to all policies, procedures and standards using specified drawings and instructions, within budget and on programme in support of our Perfect Delivery philosophy.

About You:

We are looking for candidates who have a proven track record in delivering schemes in a standalone capacity i.e. Project Lead and also as part of a wider delivery team. Ideally, you will have worked on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £5 and £20 million and hold CITB 5 day certification. A valid SMSTS certificate along with a valid CSCS managers safety accreditation, plus full First Aid & Temporary Works competency are essential. A full UK driving licence is also required.

Salary: Estimated £60,000 - £80,000 per annum based on experience.
