About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Lead to oversee complex projects in Norwich, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing high-profile projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to meet project goals.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress and resolve issues that arise during execution.
  • Communication: Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
