About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team at GOAT Interactive. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our CRM strategy across our French-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing revenue-driving CRM marketing campaigns in assigned countries.
  • Work closely with CRM Managers to analyze and report on campaign effectiveness through various data platforms.
  • Regularly monitor country-by-country performance data to inform ad-hoc and automated campaigns.
  • Use key data insights to build new customer segments and ensure customers receive targeted communication.
  • Develop and execute marketing activities for the Premier Bet brand, including copywriting and campaign creation.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market development to enhance Premier Bet's offering.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Data-driven with the ability to turn insights into actions and resolutions.
