Academic Learning Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at one of our client alternative provisions in Chesterfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to students with special needs, working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in preparing and delivering lessons to meet the individual needs of students.
- Assist students with daily tasks, such as personal care and mobility, to promote independence and confidence.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to the class teacher.
- Contribute to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) to ensure students receive tailored support.
Salary and Benefits:
