**Supporting Students in Need**
GSL Education seeks an Academic Support Worker to provide personalized assistance to students with diverse needs and challenges. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with pupils, teachers, and colleagues to promote positive outcomes and inclusivity.
Responsibilities will include:
- Offering tailored support to students in small groups or one-on-one, focusing on engaging with the secondary curriculum.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with pupils, promoting their confidence, motivation, and social-emotional growth.
- Assisting teachers in lesson delivery, classroom management, and creating an inclusive learning environment.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with students and staff.
- A commitment to promoting student well-being and academic achievement.
**Estimated Salary**: £90-£106 per day, reflecting your qualifications and experience. Our competitive daily rate includes opportunities for professional growth and development.
