Job Title: Academic Support Liaison
Job Summary:
The Academic Support Liaison will serve as the first point of contact for general information about the college and its academic services. Responds to inquiries from community members, students, faculty, staff, and administrators seeking assistance. Provides administrative support to college employees housed in the Help Hub.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responds to walk-in, texting, and telephone inquiries from community members, students, faculty, staff, and administrators.
- Provides administrative support to college employees housed in the Help Hub.
- Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work with a diverse student population.
Qualifications:
- Experience performing administrative tasks.
- Customer service experience, preferably.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google suite.
