As the main point of contact for private pay and insured patients, you will provide advice on appointments, keep them up-to-date throughout their journey and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.

You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a customer service or administrative role, particularly in a healthcare setting, is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including wellbeing support, career development opportunities and a collaborative team environment.
