About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Ophthalmic Scrub Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert care and support to patients undergoing ophthalmic surgery
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Administer medications and treatments as required
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • Valid NMC Pin and completed preceptorship for newly qualified nurses
  • 6 months of Ophthalmic experience as a Scrub Nurse
  • Valid right to work in the UK (Sponsorship not provided)
  • Proof of vaccinations/immunity
  • Enhanced DBS check on the update service
  • Proof of Mandatory training aligned to the Skills for Health UK CSTF standards
  • 2x Clinical References
