About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in this field, you will be responsible for providing expert care and support to young people and their families who are experiencing mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team
  • Undertake individual therapy and family systems interventions
  • Develop and implement recovery-focused programs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Contribute to quality improvement processes and professional standards
  • Supervise undergraduate medical and other related professionals

Requirements:

  • FRANZCP or equivalent qualifications
  • Expertise in Psychiatry and Child Psychiatry
  • Experience in providing clinical leadership
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of quality improvement processes and professional standards
