We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our team at Anderselite LTD, working on a prestigious project in the UK. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and experience in managing complex infrastructure projects.

About You:

  • Experience working on civils projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, such as MEng, BEng, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of mentoring and managing junior engineers, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage direct and subcontract works, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety protocols, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards on site.
  • Good understanding of contracts and commercial management, with experience in supporting the commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the integration of civils scope of work from design to construction, ensuring seamless interfaces with other disciplines.
  • Writing technical specifications for civils engineering works, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
  • Collaborating with the commercial team to manage costs and maximize engineering efficiencies.
