Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our team in Deeside Community Hospital. As a Theatre Practitioner - Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with communication and swallowing difficulties associated with stroke.

Main Responsibilities

As a key member of our stroke specialist team, you will work closely with speech and language therapists and technical instructors to deliver individual and group therapy sessions for patients during their rehabilitation journey. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing training programs for patients, families, and healthcare professionals on communication and swallowing difficulties.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working within stroke services or with adults with communication or swallowing difficulties. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
