Job Description

In this exciting role, you will deliver full Apprenticeship Standards in Early Years Childcare up to Level 5, along with Functional Skills to level 2. You will also manage a caseload of learners, conducting remote and face-to-face observations to gather evidence towards their Apprenticeships.

Responsibilities and Requirements

As an Early Years Childcare Assessor, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Delivering Apprenticeship Standards in Early Years Childcare up to Level 5.
  2. Managing a caseload of learners and conducting observations to gather evidence.
  3. Organising and maintaining documentation on learners' progress.
  4. Supporting learners through the End Point Assessment Process.
  5. Meeting Assessor KPI's in terms of timely visits, reviews, learner progression, quality paperwork, and general administration.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Nursery Manager.
  • A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare.
  • Ideally hold a Level 5 qualification in Early Years Childcare.
  • A minimum of a Level 2 English and Maths / GCSE equivalents.
  • Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Benefits and Salary

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £29,400 - £33,600 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. The package includes excellent holiday entitlement, mileage, and more.
