About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Training Communications Designer to join our team at The Recruitment Growth Consultants Ltd T/A The Growths Consultants.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality training materials, including instructional design, visual content creation, and testing.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a proven track record of delivering engaging training programs. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
