Anaphite's mission is to optimize dry electrode coating and manufacturing better and more sustainable batteries at lower cost. As a Battery Materials Scientist, you will work alongside a team of experts to explore the application of novel dry coating formulations and electrode designs. Your key responsibilities will include building an extensive knowledge of the technologies, materials, and chemistries involved, characterizing battery relevant materials, and relating material characteristics to performance.

A degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field, proficiency in data handling and analysis software, experience with material characterization techniques, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. An exposure to industrial R&D of energy materials and training in battery-related materials are desirable.
