Job Overview: Corporate Tax Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our head office tax team. This role will involve corporation tax compliance and reporting across various taxes, as well as providing support on corporate tax areas such as tax risk management, transfer pricing, CFCs, capital allowances, R&D claims, and UK group planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-level reviews of indirect tax returns prepared by the finance team in respect to VAT, aggregates levy, landfill tax, CIS, Tied Oil, etc.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the team on corporate tax matters

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a relevant professional qualification (CTA, ATT, ACA) and industry or mid-large firm corporate tax experience. Strong technical knowledge covering tax compliance and reporting, accounting, and auditing is essential. Experience of domestic or international transactions or projects is advantageous.

Our remuneration package includes a salary of up to £70,000, with benefits including 27 days' holiday, contributory pension scheme, employee discount scheme, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
