Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-quality bids/proposals are produced and submitted
  • Fully coordinate, monitor, and manage the end-to-end proposals process
  • Contribute to the library and maintain the Tender Toolbox
  • Work closely with colleagues to provide reporting on volume, value, and outcomes
  • Complete ITTs, PQQs, and RFIs
  • Coordinate, monitor, and manage proposal documentation production
  • Organize qualification, kick-off meetings, and reviews

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Bid/Proposal/RFP Manager/Analyst
  • Strong writing skills are essential, with the ability to create original content
  • Able to work with autonomy
  • Strong commercial knowledge is imperative
