Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement bid strategies, win themes, and key messages to differentiate our proposals from competitors
  • Manage the virtual bid team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members
  • Plan and track bid delivery dates, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables
  • Prepare and implement activities for the development and documentation of bid content, including proposals and presentations
  • Manage the handling of documents, including filing structure, naming conventions, and responsibilities
  • Collect, prepare, and integrate standard proposal content and customized bid content for customers
  • Ensure the quality of offer documents and presentations, considering individual customer requirements
  • Support customer-specific campaigns and coordinate marketing support to ensure Computacenter brand compliance
  • Closure of bid projects, providing content for reuse in standard knowledge and bid libraries

Requirements:

  • Technical or commercial education, with relevant experience in the bidding industry
  • Familiarity with best practices, such as APMP and Shipley
  • Assertive with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities
  • Able to think creatively and find pragmatic solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work at all levels of the organization
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to use relevant company bid data sources
  • Experience in virtual bid team leadership and document creation, collaboration, and management using Office 365 tools
