We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Analysis Manager to join our team at Computacenter (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our Bid Management Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive and complete documentation that meets our customers' exact requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement bid strategies, differentiators, win themes, key messages, and content for proposals and presentations.
  • Manage the virtual bid team and operational management of bid projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Plan and track internal and external bid delivery dates, ensuring completeness and consistency of contributors within the bid team.
  • Prepare and implement activities for the development and documentation of bid strategy, differentiators, win themes, key messages, and content for proposals and presentations.
  • Collect, prepare, and integrate standard proposal content as well as customised bid content for the customer.
  • Responsible for the quality of offer documents and presentations, considering the individuality of different customers.
  • Support customer-specific campaigns, coordinate marketing support, and ensure Computacenter brand compliance.
  • Closure of bid projects, providing content for re-use into standard knowledge & bid libraries.
  • Management and/or participation in projects to increase effectiveness/efficiency of presales projects.
Requirements:
  • Technical or commercial education, primarily education or adequate professional experience.
  • Familiarity with the bidding industry and best practices (i.e., APMP, Shipley).
  • Assertive with strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Able to think creatively and find pragmatic solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written – credible at all levels of the organisation and in different country contexts.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to use relevant company bid data sources.
  • Experience in virtual bid team leadership (without disciplinary responsibility).
  • Experienced in document creation, collaboration, and management using Office 365 tools including SharePoint, MS Teams, etc.
