We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Team Leader to join our team at ibis Styles London Southwark Rose. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our hotel staff, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to the hotel team to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
  • Assist in effectively running the front office and F&B operations with a hands-on approach.
  • Help guests and create positive experiences by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain strong working relationships and communicate with all departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work duty manager shifts as and when required.
