Reservations Agent

We are currently looking for a passionate Reservations Agent to join the team here at Bankside Hotel - Voted one of the 'Best Places to Work in Hospitality' 3 years in a row. Sitting consistently in the top tier of all the hotels in London on Trip Advisor, Bankside Hotel is a social hub for anyone, guest or local, with a passion for culture, art and food. **What will you be doing?**
- Focus on letters of confirmation, cancellations and modifications and communicating these both internally and with guests.
- Work with the Front Office Team preparing the back-up of expected arrivals after doing daily arrival checks and also taking advance reservation deposits.
- **Previous experience using Marsha, Opera or the Marriott Suite of programs or within a similar role/hotel would be a benefit** but is not a requirement. As long as you have a can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn or get into hospitality then get in touch
