The role involves ensuring calls are answered and that callers receive the support they need. This includes visiting residents' homes to assist and undertaking general maintenance of equipment to ensure service continuity.

This is a 24/7 service with shift arrangements from 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, and 11pm to 7am, 7 days a week.

We are seeking a passionate individual with excellent communication and compassionate engagement skills. Adaptability is essential, as this role involves changing priorities and working with people in difficult circumstances.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent service and support to residents
  • Visiting residents' homes to assist with their needs
  • Undertaking general maintenance of equipment to ensure service continuity
  • Working with a team to provide a 24/7 service
