At Crane Garden Buildings, we are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in St Albans. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing expert advice and guidance on our range of bespoke garden rooms.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging and inspiring customers to promote our products and advise on the best garden building for their needs
  • Producing accurate quotations in line with customer requirements and presenting terms of agreement to close sales
  • Promoting the business to ensure all sales opportunities are followed up
  • Conducting visits at customers' properties to measure and qualify the suitability of our products
  • Responding to incoming phone enquiries from new and existing customers
  • Ensuring all sales are recorded and order information entered into our CRM system
  • Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events, and shows

In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £29,500 per annum, plus quarterly bonuses up to £8,000 per year for achieving targets, annual bonuses, commission on every sale, and a contributory pension scheme.
