About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to join our Sales and Operations Directorate at Advanced Total Supplies Ltd. As a key member of our Business Development Team, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Research and analyse market trends
  • Create and implement strategic business development plans
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to prospective clients
  • Set and monitor performance targets
  • Oversee the preparation of proposals and contracts
  • Negotiate terms and agreements
  • Provide feedback to improve services and client satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on business development activities
  • Provide regular updates to senior management

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Business Development Manager (Essential)
  • Experience within the Retail/Household Appliances industry (Desirable)
  • Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
  • Influencing Skills (Essential)
  • Customer Focused (Essential)
  • Ambitious and Proactive (Essential)
  • Research and report writing (Desirable)
  • Analyse data to identify risk and problems (Desirable)
