As a Business Development Manager, you will become an integral part of the commercial team. You will be responsible for identifying customers and markets, engaging new and existing clients, and winning new contracts.
Your responsibilities as a Business Development Manager:
* Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's engineering, manufacturing, and product capabilities.
* Identify and validate new customers and markets for business expansion.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
* Represent the company at trade shows and events to promote services and products.
* Engage with new customers and upsell to existing clients.
* Prepare customer quotations and lead contract negotiations, supported by the Commercial Director.
Your current experience which will help you as a Business Development Manager:
* Extensive experience in the niche vehicle, e-mobility, and automotive industries.
* Proven track record of identifying and winning new business opportunities and closing contracts.
* Experience in contract negotiation and representing businesses at a senior level.
* Ability to present reports to C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
* Proficient in using and maintaining CRM systems and sales funnel reporting tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, ethical approach to business.
