About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Terminal Manager to join our Amazon Freight Less-Than-Truckload (AF LTL) team in London. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for improving carrier and terminal performance for a specific geographical market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain high operations standards with cross-dock service partners on safety, performance, and process compliance.
  2. Organize and manage multiple flows within 3P sites, partnering with finance and legal on contractual work to launch new sites or flows.
  3. Continuously improve management with internal cross-dock service partners.
  4. Work on new site launches and network expansions, increasing your portfolio of terminals managed.

As a Terminal Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve carrier and terminal performance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

$65,000 - $85,000 per year

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
  • Experience defining and executing program requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
