We are currently seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Ilford. This role will be responsible for servicing, installing, and repairing betting and gaming terminals.
Salary
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, plus an additional £1,300 shift allowance.
Job Description
As a Field Service Technician, you will be required to travel within your designated area, performing maintenance and repairs on gaming terminals. You will also be responsible for ensuring all new installations meet high standards, coordinating equipment removal, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for technology and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong customer service abilities
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Punctuality and ability to meet targets
- A full UK driving license
- Previous experience in a technical role, ideally within gaming/electronics or IT, is preferred
