In this role as Terminal Performance Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high operations standards with cross-dock service partners. You will organize and manage multiple flows within 3P sites, partnering with finance and legal on contractual work to launch new sites or flows.

About the Role:

You will work closely with internal cross-dock service partners to continuously improve management. Your day will consist of reviewing site performance, defining key actions to drive key metric improvement, and managing operational performance for Under-the-Roof operations with cross-dock service partners.

A Day in the Life:

  • Work on new site launches and network expansions, increasing your portfolio of terminals managed.
  • Project support: Support cross-functional projects seeking to deploy best practices across regions.
  • Define program requirements and use data to determine improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year.
