Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with traders to arrange shipments and adjust scheduling as needed.
  • Vet vessels against company compliance policies and ensure all cargo information and costs are accurately logged in trading systems.
  • Nominate cargoes to each terminal and issue documentary instructions and voyage orders.
  • Liaise with inspectors, vessel agents, and insurers to manage demurrage risks and ensure cargo quality throughout shipments.

Estimated salary £45,000 - £60,000 per annum based on location and experience.
