Job Description:

  • Lead the Ports and Terminals portfolio, including strategic direction and account management for key clients.
  • Provide inspirational leadership and strategic account management for major Ports & Terminals and broader Marine Liability portfolio.
  • Support short- and long-term risk management decision-making and set strategy for the portfolio.
  • Be a member of the Marine Executive team and lead the Ports & Terminals and Liabilities team.
  • Manage team budget and lead the RfP response process.
  • Develop and own the Go-to-Market Strategy across Ports & Terminals and Liability portfolio.
  • Act as a spokesperson in the market for Aon, enhancing the competitive position relative to competitors.
  • Monitor and manage Aon Broking targets through relevant tracking tools.
  • Work with network on Pricing Councils to understand profitability and margin on core accounts.

Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of London insurance market dynamics and core processes.
  • Technical insurance expertise in Marine.
  • Strong leadership and strategic account management skills.
