Salary Range
We estimate the annual salary for this role to be between £25,000 and £35,000 based on location and experience.
Responsibilities
As a Front of House Team Leader, you will:
- Take ownership of the customer journey, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery
- Ensure payments and receipts are correct and efficiently processed
- Recommend menu and drinks offerings to enhance the customer experience
- Monitor service standards and report any incidents or issues to management
- Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service and results
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous leadership experience in a hospitality or customer-facing environment
- Passion for food, beer, and providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
