About the Role:

As a Hospitality Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the Food and Beverage team to deliver exceptional customer service and experiences. You will work closely with the Management team to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty. A background in hospitality or a related field is essential, with a proven track record of success in supervisory or management roles.

What We Offer:

A competitive hourly rate of £12.15 plus service charge, along with a range of benefits that include smart uniform provided, free and healthy meals when on duty, and access to personal development programs. You will also enjoy 28 days of annual leave, increasing to up to 33 days yearly, as well as discounted dental and health cover and a subsidised taxi scheme.
