Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the front-of-house department in the absence of a manager, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Manage daily beverage production, service, and ordering needs, maintaining high-quality standards
- Train and develop team members on food, beverage, service, and hospitality topics, promoting a culture of excellence
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe, including storage areas
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and complaints during service, resolving issues efficiently
- Collaborate with management teams to achieve business objectives and drive results-driven performance
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff
- Embody company values and quality standards, providing coaching and guidance to team members
