About the Role

Morgan Hunt is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic People and Organisational Development Advisor to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is crucial in driving the success of our People Services and Organisational Development functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Lifecycle: Enhance and support the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and manage the employee lifecycle effectively, ensuring a seamless experience from recruitment to retirement.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations cases with a focus on resolution and maintaining a positive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • People Strategy: Assist in the implementation of the Group's People Strategy, developing and executing employee engagement initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  • Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes, ensuring the right people are in the right roles to drive business success.
  • Organisational Development: Contribute to workforce planning, talent development, and succession management, ensuring the organisation has the skills and capabilities needed to achieve its goals.
  • Policy and Compliance: Ensure employment terms, policies, and procedures are up-to-date, competitive, and compliant, mitigating risk and ensuring a positive employer brand.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle processes and employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with management teams and drive employee engagement.
  • Competency in using HR systems and producing reports.
  • Effective communicator and negotiator.
  • Passion for people development and commitment to high-quality service delivery.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification is desirable.
