Senior People and OD Advisor

Morgan Hunt is seeking a highly skilled Senior People and OD Advisor to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is crucial in driving the success of our People Services and Organisational Development functions.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Lifecycle Management: Enhance and support the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and manage the employee lifecycle effectively, ensuring a positive and engaging work environment.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee relations cases with a focus on resolution and maintaining a positive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
- People Strategy Implementation: Assist in the implementation of the Group's People Strategy, developing employee engagement initiatives that drive business results and support organisational success.
- Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes, ensuring the attraction, retention, and development of top talent.
- Organisational Development: Contribute to workforce planning, talent development, and succession management, ensuring the organisation has the skills and capabilities needed to achieve its goals.
- Policy and Compliance: Ensure employment terms, policies, and procedures are up-to-date, competitive, and compliant, maintaining a strong employment brand and reducing risk.
- Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle processes and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of employment law, equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- Ability to work collaboratively with management teams and drive employee engagement.
- Competency in using HR systems and producing reports.
- Effective communicator and negotiator.
- Passion for people development and commitment to high-quality service delivery.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification is desirable.
- Holiday entitlement 25 days plus bank holidays.
