Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations cases with a focus on resolution and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • People Strategy: Assist in the implementation of the Group's People Strategy and develop employee engagement initiatives.
  • Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
  • Policy and Compliance: Ensure employment terms, policies, and procedures are up-to-date, competitive, and compliant.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle processes and employee relations.
  • Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of employment law, equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Competency: Competency in using HR systems and producing reports.
  • Passion: Passion for people development and commitment to high-quality service delivery.
