About the Role:
As a Reward Strategy Advisor, you will lead and develop our compensation offering and processes. Working closely with the Reward Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading annual compensation processes
- Contributing to the design and development of new and existing benefits
- Providing analytical support to inform our Reward strategy
About Your Skills and Experience:
This role would suit an individual with a proven track record of supporting the delivery of reward and benefit related projects and initiatives. You will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
