Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Team Manager to lead our team of Employment Advisors, Trainers, and Assistant Employment Advisors. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring the team to achieve all contractual performance and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed personal and team performance targets (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Drive a high-performance culture in line with Seetec Pluss' vision and values.
Requirements
  • Previous leadership/management experience.
  • A good working knowledge of the local labour market in the advertised geographical locations.
  • Fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes to include 365 products and modern digital technologies.
  • Experience of working in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience of delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.
