Job Overview: As a Health & Safety Tutor at Novus Education, you will teach level 1 Health & Safety courses to groups of up to 15 learners at HMP Five Wells. Main Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with learners, understanding their needs and developing tailored lesson plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress, providing regular feedback and assessment.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Teaching qualification and experience in Health & Safety education.
- Subject-specific qualification commitment to reach Level 3 within 2 years.
- Current Level 1 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy (GCSE) or willingness to attain within 1 year.
