Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Training team as a Training Officer in the Chassis Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Training Manager in delivering high-quality training programs to new starters and existing operators in the Chassis Department.
  • Maintain accurate training records and monitor compliance with training policies and procedures.
  • Upskill existing operators to ensure continual development within the workforce.
  • Assist in the creation, upkeep, and distribution of work instructions and single-point lessons.
  • Contribute to health and safety validation and sign-offs as required.
  • Provide daily feedback to department supervisors and cell leaders on operator progress.
  • Perform additional ad-hoc upskilling duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Good understanding of Chassis Shop operations and an interest in developing not only themselves but also other employees within the production environment.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and email.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills.
Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm.
