Registered Manager Learning Disabilities

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Service Manager to join our team at RB Social Care. As a Registered Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Support Team and working closely with the Regional Manager to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with complex learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly line manage a team of Team Leaders and Support Workers across multiple locations
- Provide regular supervisions, appraisals, and inductions to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional care
- Ensure quality and compliance are maintained across all locations, including regular finance audits, updating support plans, risk assessments, and facilitating person-centered plan meetings
- Assess and review existing and new support contracts to ensure they meet the needs of our service users
- Provide on-call support as required and build and retain positive relationships with internal and external partners
Requirements:
- Experience of supporting individuals with complex learning disabilities
- Valid driver's license and access to a car for travel to training and meetings
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or ability to achieve this within 18 months
