We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee a Positive Behaviour Support home for clients with complex learning disabilities in the Oxford area.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality personal support and promote independence and choice for individuals with complex learning disabilities.
  • Lead a team of care professionals in providing a culture of dignity and wellbeing.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain a safe and supportive environment.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of individuals with complex learning disabilities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing care homes for individuals with complex learning disabilities.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or ability to achieve this.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car for travel.
