This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with one client, fostering independence and encouraging them to plan their futures and achieve their goals.

  • Hours: 24 per week
  • Estimated Salary: £12,750 - £14,400 per annum (based on national averages)
  • Location: Crawley and surrounding areas
About the Role

You'll be responsible for supporting clients with daily activities tailored to their interests and abilities, not just routine care tasks. This includes:

  • Fostering independence by encouraging clients to plan their futures and achieve their goals
  • Providing compassionate, personalised care that builds meaningful relationships
  • Supporting clients with employment, social connections, and even moving into their own homes
What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with a positive outlook on life and a passion for supporting others. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A fun, caring, and compassionate personality
  • Previous experience in care or a related field (preferred but not essential)
  • The ability to provide empathetic, high-quality care
  • A valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle for work
  • The right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
