**Job Title:** Lead Support Living Practitioner

**Overview:

  • is seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Support Living Practitioner to lead our Supported Living team.


Salary: £42,000 per annum, with a bonus scheme of 21% of salary based on outcomes.

**Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team and overseeing operations of a small service supporting people with learning or physical disabilities is a key responsibility.
  • Oversight of staffing, budget management, and regulatory compliance is essential for this role.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with residents and stakeholders is crucial for success in this position.
  • A culture of dignity and respect should be promoted by all staff members, led by the Lead Support Living Practitioner.
  • Regular assessments and comprehensive care plans should be developed and implemented by the manager.
  • Quality of care must be monitored and improvements made as necessary.
  • Staying up-to-date with developments in mental health care practices and legislation is vital for this role.


Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 5 or Diploma in Health and Social Care Management.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role in a similar service.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills are required.
  • Solid knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices.
  • A compassionate and person-centered approach to care.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • IT proficiency, including experience with care management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
